The 8^th grade teachers have gotten together and created one supply list for all 8^th grade students. We thought that this would be a good way to get the students organized and save you money. This is all that the students will need to buy for the whole year with the exception of replacement pens, pencils, and loose leaf paper. Below is the list with prices found at Office Depot to give you an idea of the most you could spend on school supplies for the whole year.

Keep in mind that all prices are from Office Depot and cheaper supplies can be found at Fred’s, the dollar store, or Wal Mart. Also, this does not include the $30.00 workbook fee you must pay at the beginning of the year. This fee is to cover expenses for planners, workbooks, LEAP and LEAP prep materials, Scholastic Scope, Scholastic Science, and any other supplemental materials your child will use throughout the school year. In addition to your child’s school supplies, please buy one box of tissue and one pack of paper towels for your child’s homeroom teacher. Please have your child bring all supplies on the first day of school so we can get them started on organizing their binders for the year.
